Recycled: Adam Hauck
Welcome to our second installment of Recycled. In this weekly feature we will remind you of a couple edits that are at least a year old. Which definitely doesn't mean they're bad. Especially this week! We take a look at a couple older and still sick edits from Black Market rider Adam Hauck...
Some NJ Street from Thrashbike
A chill feeling edit with Adam Hauck, Dave Holzer and Nicco Bucci rolling on the mean streets of New Jersey. (Insert Jersey Shore joke here) So good! Thrashbike is planning on bringing back the jam this year. Should be in June in New York City. Check out an edit from the last jam below...
Winter Juice
The Thrashbike crew including Adam Hauck, Jeff Lenosky, Aaron Chase, George Ryan and PSBMX team rider Dave Holzer (that's him on the left) recently hit Ray's Cleveland. Thankfully Nick Brandreth was there to catch the action. Check out the edit below...
Adam Hauck - Back to the Future
Adam Hauck is back!
pic by Nick Brandreth Interview: One of the best all around riders in the MTB scene has been sidelined for 8 months. In those 8 months Adam Hauck (Black Market) has had 2 surgeries on his wrist and spent the majority of that time in various casts and off his bike. Just this last Tuesday Adam's doctor gave him clearance to get back to riding. I spoke with Adam yesterday to see how his wrist is feeling and what his plans are for 2011. Adam told me that after his first long session the wrist was solid and felt back to normal. Although a full day of pumping the ramps in his backyard wore him out a little quicker then before. He also stated that, "I still have most of my tricks." Which is a testament to how good of a rider Adam is. (Editors note: After 8 months off I might forgot how to bunnyhop!) Adam is working on a welcome back edit that should be out on the intrawebs within a week or so. Currently Adam is working out his plans for 2011 and I gaurantee we will be seeing a lot from him this year! Welcome back Adam!

PlusSizeBMX runs on Dunkin' tour video
Thanks to everyone who made every part of this trip memorable. We all had a epic time! The first stop was the Thrashbike / Street Coast Jam in NYC. The dirts in the video are up off of 191st in NYC. A pretty cool spot. Joshua, David and I also got in a sesh at Rye Airfield. Skaters edge is the park with the foam pit and capsule. That park is located in Taunton, Massachusetts. It is a great park that you should get to. I hope you all enjoy the edit. Cheers...

BFF Street Coast Jam 2010
Here is the first edit I have seen of last weekends jam in NYC. As you can see some peeps were going off. The BMXer that pulls the 3 on the box jump is PlusSizeBMX 20" rider Joshua Larson. Joshua was the only BMXer throwning down on the box all day. Yowelli won the long jump contest. He was definitely the crowd favorite as you can tell from the cheering of his name. This video was filmed and edited by Yoni Arava. Yoni has skills with his camera and with editing. This is a really slick edit.

PSBMX runs on Dunkin' Tour 2010 Day 2
Street coast jam went down today. A full big bike jam was the main feature of the jam. The setup was simple but effective. There was a box jump (on loan from Aaron Chase) , a quarter (Thanks to BLK MRKT) leaned against a Uhaul truck which became a subbox, a rainbow box courtesy of Atomlab and a few random grindboxes courtesy of Post Bike Shop. The BMX jam ended up being a bunnyhop height contest and a long jump contest. PlusSizeBMX rider Martin Knorr took third in the Bunnyhop comp at 42"!!! Which was by far the highest of any big Bike Riders. The heighest bunnyhop went to New York Legend Big James at 45". The big bikes also crashed the long jump contest. Carter Holland from BLK MRKT made a strong showing but needed a bigger gear. Anson 'Yowelli" Wellington ended up take the long jump at some where around 33 feet. Keep in mind that the ramp was only ten inches high. Some of the highlights from the the Big Bike jam: Billy Lewis (Diamond Back) pulled a Fufanu off the U-haul, Adam Hauck (BLK MRKT) threw down a hurricane on the quarter and a huge cannonball off the box jump and PlusSizeBMX rider and contributor David Wood was the only rider to back flip the box jump. After going down twice on the steep landing David pulled it clean on his third go. The only 20" rider to thrown down with the big bikes was PlusSizeBMX rider Joshua Larson. We shot a lot of video from the jam and will get a full edit out shortly. Until then enjoy a few pics from the day. Tomorrow will be street riding with various characters throughout Manhattan. FYI: The Brooklyn Banks have not yet been closed!! If you can get to the banks you need to go. You will miss them when they are closed for several years.
Worms (FBM) send s the bar flying
Martin prepares to launch
Big James almost clearing 46" he did make 45"
Yowelli goin really loooong while the crowd look on
PSBMX runs on Dunkin' Tour - Day 1
My flight was long. Martins was longer. By the time we met up he had been awake for around 24 hours. Special thanks to the US national team against Slovenija for making my flight memorable. (That call was crap!) After checking in to our truly luxurious room we assembled our bikes and hit the mean streets of New York. Since we were both tired from travelling we decided to mostly go on a chill roll through Central Park looking for spots. For a truly random experience (that only New York provides): Martin and I stopped to check out the Guggenheim Museum Building and were approached by a photographer and 2 Japanese reporters. We ended up answering a few questions, posing for some pics and Martin did a chest high wallride over and above a bench! The photo they got was sick!!! So if you fly ANA airlines in Asia check the inflight magazine and you may see our ugly mugs and a PlusSizeBMX reference or two.
