Colorado Crankworx course pics and the coolest dog ever
We stopped by Trestle Bike Park Yesterday to check out this years course. It is looking pretty damn sick. Huge hip after the first drop that goes right into a wallride. But by far the coolest feature is the Double Cereal Bowl to big gap out. The thing is just insane looking. Thanks to Nate and crew for building a sick course. PlusSizeBMX crew will be in attendance at Crankworx so track us down for some free stickers.

A couple pics of some new rides...
Here is a couple items I spied at Crankworks Colorado. The event was plagued by delays but people were still going off. Send out healing vibes to Alex Pro who broke his femur(!) in the finals.
This is a 2010 Haro Steel Reserve. A pretty nice looking bike. Steel is real...
Not 100% sure what this model is...Anyone out there know? It was hanging out in the Commencal pits. It had Cedric Gracia's logo and name all over it. It was fairly light with an economical spec.
GEAX had a booth and was showing off their tire options. One such option is this all white tire. It has new sidewall graphics coming soon but looked very sweet already. GEAX also had some nice 26" whitewalls. Ryan from GEAX hooked up PlusSizeBMX with some new 26" Tattoo light tires to test out. I am running them now and will post my findings on Thursday. The tire is so sticky that when you roll on concrete it almost sounds like someone is unspooling some duct tape. Very nice indeed!!!
Post Crankworks Jam at Sunset!!!
Heard this was going down the other day. Now it's official. Sponsors are picking up refreshments and flowing some goodies. This will be THE dirt jump event this summer. The big name pros will be throwing down on some finely manicured dirt. Huge thanks to everyone in the Sunset dig crew. Start planning your costume now...yayy dirt!
