New armor plated DK chain now available
This chain looks sick! It is the new EXO chain from DK. The chain sports plates on the outside to make it extremely grind friendly. These are now available from your favorite DK dealer.

SNAFU MTB Product Videos
Sidewall who distributes SNAFU has put together a few product videos. These videos feature some of SNAFU's MTB offerings. I ran rim jobs on my 20" and am psyched to see them now available for 26". These products are all available through your Local Bike Shop.
Win a Colormix Squid from DMR!!!
Our friends over at DMR just launched a sweet contest where you can win one of only three Colormix Squid Saddles!!! These things look pretty sick. All you have to do to try and win one of these bad boys is send a 60 second (or so) video edit of you riding dirt, street, park or whatever. The key to this contest is originality and creativity. As it say's on the DMR site "Make your entry funny, arty, weird or just downright mind blowingly RAD!." The winning videos will be posted up on DMRTV!!! After you load your edit up to Vimeo or youtube send the url with your name and address to info@dmrbikes.com.
Welcome Severed Alliance
Severed Alliance is a new company out of the UK. They are making some sweet frames and components for 20" and 26" riders. Darren dropped this edit to me of Severed Alliance rider Matt Gillespie absolutely shredding a mini somewhere in Northern Ireland. Check out the latest at http://severedalliance.blogspot.com/

New Stem on the way from Theory Components
Theory is a company out of Ogden, Utah. Here is a screen capture of their new stem. The MTB stem will have a zero rise, 40mm length and space for a 25.4 handlebar. The stem will also be available for your 20" bike. The PlusSizeBMX team will be doing the testing of the prototypes very soon. I will keep everyone updated on availability.

Some new goods...
These are the new plastic pedals from Gusset. They offer two versions: One is all plastic and the other one is a plastic pedal with steel pins for added traction. I am not sold on the whole plastic pedal thing. But if you are or want to check it out these seem pretty cool.

Schwalbe is now offering a cool looking tire for dirt/street. It is called the Crazy Bob. It is available in both 24" and 26" sizes. They seem to be very similar to the Snafu rimjob tire. Which is also available in big bike sizes.
