PRODUCT: S&M 26" Pitchfork!!!
S&M unveiled this goodie earlier this year. I finally got my hands on one!!! The pitchfork is a legendary part in the 20" world. Sooo many people run this fork. The 26" version is the same awesome fork that your friends run on 20". The legs are just longer to accomodate the plus size wheel. I have been on this fork a couple of weeks and it rocks. I will be producing a full video test soon. But you probably should just go buy one now!!!

Absolute junk! DO NOT BUY THESE if you value your safety!!
i heard some good things about them, but the dropouts look a bit sketchy to me. how much do they weigh and what's the axle-to-crown length on these?
They weigh about 2.5lbs and axle to crown is 435mm. They are corrected to 65mm suspension. So Ross it sounds like you had a really bad experience with these! What Happened? I have been doing nosepick grinds on just the fork/axle/dropout and they seem to be doing pretty well.
Well, first if you are running a frame that is designed for an 80mm suspension fork 435 mm is very short for axle to crown so unless you like to feel like your lifting weights when you bunnyhop I suggest buying a rigid fork that is actually correct in length to keep the geometry of the bike solid. That wasn't my problem. My problem was that both of the dropouts broke clean off after one week of riding them. I lost a tooth, got my chin split open and I ended up with two black eyes as a result. I am not even going to get into the warranty nightmare.
@ross that was probably bad karma for posting shit like this on the internet.
Then I guess your mom is in some real trouble.
